Support for Women Who Are Ready to Come Back to Themselves

Telehealth Therapy for women in Massachusetts navigating the seasons that ask the most of them.

If This Sounds Like You

Something is not working. You are not sure when it started or how to explain it. You just know you are tired of feeling this way.

It might be your twenties and the pressure of figuring out who you actually are. It might be pregnancy, or the postpartum months that nobody fully prepared you for. A loss that still lives close to the surface. The particular exhaustion of caring for everyone while quietly disappearing yourself. Anxiety that follows you everywhere. A transition, a relationship, a chapter that no longer fits.

You do not have to have the words for it yet. That is what we figure out together.

The Work We’ll Do Together

This is a space that is entirely yours.

We go beneath the surface of what is hard right now and look at the fuller picture: what you are carrying, how you got here, and what you actually want for yourself when you stop long enough to ask. Depending on what you bring, we might work with your thoughts, your patterns, your relationships, or the beliefs that have been getting in your way.

What tends to happen over time is this: the weight lifts. Women leave sessions feeling clearer, stronger, and more capable of handling what life is asking of them. The overwhelm becomes more manageable. The confidence grows. You start to feel less like you are just getting through it and more like you are actually on top of it.

Meet Lyza

I am Lyza Chin, LICSW, and for 20 years I have worked with women across every stage of life. I came to this work because I have always been deeply curious about people, what shapes them, what holds them back, and what becomes possible when they finally have the right support.

My approach is warm, direct, and genuinely collaborative. I draw from person-centered, IFS-informed, CBT, and ACT frameworks, but what that means in practice is that we talk, we problem solve, we look honestly at patterns, and we figure out together what actually needs to change. You will leave sessions with clarity, not just validation.

The women I work with are caring, resourceful, and almost without exception the last ones to ask for help. I feel genuinely privileged to be the place they finally do.
